Each uploaded photo is animated individually, and all animated clips are combined into one final video with background music selected by the customer.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing is calculated per animated photo.
• The final price depends on the number of photos uploaded.
• All payments are one-time payments.
• There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payments are processed securely through an authorized third-party payment provider.

3. Order Process

To complete an order, customers are required to provide basic information such as:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Country of residence

After payment is completed, the order is considered final and enters production.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise stated.
• The final product is delivered as a digital video file (MP4) or via a download link.
• Delivery time may vary depending on order volume or technical considerations.

5. Revisions

We may offer reasonable revisions at our discretion.

Revisions do not include changes to the original photos uploaded by the customer unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our service:

• Once production has begun, refunds are generally not available.
• If a technical error occurs on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the photos you upload or have permission to use them.
• The uploaded content does not violate any copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
• You are not submitting unlawful, offensive, or prohibited content.

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• All animations, videos, and creative outputs produced by Living Picture remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon delivery, customers are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the final video.
• Commercial use requires written permission.

9. Restricted Countries

Our services are not available to residents of countries subject to international sanctions or restrictions.

We reserve the right to block or cancel orders originating from restricted regions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Living Picture shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or emotional distress
• Issues caused by third-party services or payment providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
